The ramblings, tumblings, and fumblings of a stay at home mom/crafter/artist.
What would you like to know?
I'm a 24 year old with a child, a leg injury, a passion for helping animals and people alike. I love Doctor Who, Muse, Supernatural, Beats Antique, Bellydancing, juggling, creating amazing jewelry, and playing with my few pets. I dislike people who hate without any idea what they are hating. Ignorance is not bliss.

Okay. This is becoming a pet peeve quite quickly.
I’ve spent 5 years learning where the best supplies are, researching, bookmarking, and finding out where the best U.S.A. sellers are, and the best foreign sellers are.
I dedicated FIVE YEARS of my life to this art, this passion, and I don’t appreciate it when people just assume that I’ll give up all of my hard earned information and time spent acquiring it from one ANON message.
I am a jewelry artist. And while I appreciate that people like my work enough to try to mimic it, I don’t appreciate anonymously asked questions trying to get “trade secrets.” I also don’t appreciate copycats who take ideas and don’t credit the original idea-inventor ( here’s to you, copycat of my Doubled ribbonmaille bracelet idea.)
I don’t mind helping people who are new to the art or directing them to resources, but at least try to be open and friendly about it.
I do plan to color my own anodized aluminum one day. There are SEVERAL places you can purchase rings for making chainmaille. I researched and researched and asked questions of people that I spoke to for months at a time about the art, how to improve, and tools, etc.
If you would like to get to know me as a friend, and learn from me, you gotta send me more than just an anon.
"You’re moving fast. You’ll have to at least take me to dinner, first."
To the Foleys,
I recently heard about the beheading of an American reporter who was kidnapped two years ago in Syria. At first it just seemed like another questionable issue that the world would deal with. I’ve gotten so used to hearing about death, that it didn’t even phase me the way it should have. I was saddened, but not shocked.
I didn’t see the video that was posted, but two people that I…
